    Naming a range in Access

I have an Access database that's getting data from different tables. There are about 10 places that require the date for the query to be updated in design/view. But I only want the user to be prompted one time to [enter the date] as opposed to having to enter it 10 times. Is there a way to build each selection off of the users one input? In excel I could tie this to a named range called "DATE" ie users input is 10/31/13

Instead of doing a parameter query and prompting the user to enter the date 10 times, you should consider creating a search form and have the criteria for the fields linked to the search form.

Look at this tutorial to see how this would work.
