Press submit button and send data to Access

Hello, I was task with this mission impossible. So i require some help from the experts here or any link to some examples that has been posted before here.

1) I need to do an excel sheet that submits data to Access for record and at the same time if it is wrong, it will be reflected on another column in Access as 1 try. After 2 tries, the user will be locked out and will not be able to submit anymore under his name. Primary Key is using "ID Number". User will type in their given ID Number in the excel sheet and when submit button is pressed, it will submit the data to his ID Number in Access.

2) To create a button to erase the sheet for specific column. example to keep "Question 1: What is 1 + 1?" and erase the answer column that will be input by the user in excel column.

Thank for in advance for any kind souls that help me with this. I am just a newbie here. I can read codes but require long time, need to recap on what i was taught before. Need a stepping stone skeleton programme here. =)
