Annoying autopopulate pop-up issue in Access 2010

I have this particularly annoying pop-up issue (see jpg) happening in Access 2010 (didn't happen in 2007) that causes me work arounds. I have queries I built using query build (not SQL) and when I paste into the criteria line it often happens. It is trying to put something else in the line that I don't want. Sometimes it succeeds and I have to go back and delete it then insert it again.
How do I get this to stop? Is it something in Access Options?
