how would you graph this information

Hello What would be the best way to chart/graph the information that I have attached. I know charting helps analysis but I have difficulty thinking about what chart to use.

    Hi,

It depends on what you want to highlight by plotting the graph. You can plot a custom graph with bars and lines in it with both primary & secondary axis enabled (an example attached here).
