Does the range include the new rows?

i believe so. here is my sample worksheet. the data table that i am using is placed under cashflow. sheet 4 is the worksheet of my pivot table
here is the file
i also have some odd feeling it has something to do with my source data
Your range is not extending for the new data. I added a big amount for rental in 3/1/13 in E66 (5 000000), it did not update. But when I extended your range to row 70, it did (after refreshing.
Also, you probably know you have a circular reference error on Cachflow sheet?
YES happens to me. I have to exit program. then re-enter. Also have workbooks open that transfer data. They also have to be closed.?
