Hi all,
This is my first visit to this forum, hope someone can help with my (probably stupid) question.
Say I have a table like the following: http://imgur.com/fwyhuPu
I need to create a graph, probably a funnel, with filters at the top for business division, source and medium, and the funnel showing the number of registrations, placements and profit for each of the filter options.
I know how to do this by manually filtering the data in the above table, getting the required numbers of registrations etc. and putting them into a raw data tab in a new workbook, but as the data is supplied to me in the above format it would be much quicker to work with it as it is.
If I create a pivot table with the above data then creating the filters at the top is not a problem, but the placement IDs show the actual ID numbers, rather than the number of non-blank cells for each business division etc. If the cell is blank there's no placement, if there's a number then there is a placement.
I'm sure this is possible as I've created a similar report previously but it was a few years ago and my memory is fading!
I hope I've explained this well enough and I'd be really grateful for any help.
Cheers guys
Matt
