Verticle Line Charts

I would like to make a chart that shows price ranges for product lines by brand. I have identified the stripped "Low Price" and fully equipped "High Price". The "High and Low" points are most important - so Stock Charts work ok.

But, I'd like to add more points. For instance, I want to plot all four "base model" prices on the High to Low line.

Is it possible to make a scatter graph or bar graph that looks similar to a High-Low Stock Chart - but with more functionality?

Attached is an example of what I'm looking to do.

Thank you Andy. I did look at the link you sent; it didn't provide the answer I was looking for. The below blog got me what I needed though. If anyone needs to plot vertical lines, check out the below site (see sample 3).
