Pivot Table Creation Help

Evaluation Pivot Table Example.xlsxHi There!

Disclosure: I'm pretty new to using pivot tables.

I pull data from my company's evaluation software. There are 10 questions and a scale of 1-5 (5 being Strongly Agree, 1 being Strongly Disagree). When I pull the data it looks like this:

Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Q5 Q6 Q7 Q8 Q9 Q10
5 5 4 5 4 5 5 4 5 4
4 3 2 4 3 4 3 2 4 3
3 3 1 2 4 3 3 1 2 4

I want to create a pivot table that looks like this:

5 4 3 2 1
Q1
Q2
Q3
Q4
Q5
Q6
Q7
Q8
Q9
Q10

And it needs to count the number of each type of response. So far I can get the table to do this for one question at a time, but I keep needing to re-do the table and settings for each question. Not the most efficient way of doing things. I would love a little help from someone who has more experience with pivot tables than me!

Hi,

Instead of a Pivot Table, I have used COUNTIF and created a normal table. Please check if this suits your requirement.
