Question Move from one series to the next series in a graph shortcut

    Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to move from one series to the next on a graph. i.e. We have 100 columns and would like to go through each column with a keyboard short cut e.g. left right key. This can be down with the mouse but it would be so much easier to use the keyboard.

In the attachment there is a green box and blue column, we can move from one column to the next with the mouse when the boxes are selected. Office 2010

    Many thanks

Are you familiar with offset? I would use it for this instance.

    Dynamic Chart selection.xlsx

I am using excel 2013 so hopefully all of the features I added will work for excel 2003.

Also note that I put everything on one worksheet so it is easier for you to see what I did, but if I were to produce this I would have a data tab, a processing tab (where I create the offset formula to process the data), then a chart tab with the drop down selection on the chart tab as I also show.

    Hi mikeTRON

Thank you for your response, this has been most helpful. I will probably add a scroll bar to cycle through the data so that i can minimize mouse clicks.

    Thanks again.

    Hi,

How do we add horizontal data into an input range, for a cumbo box? not transposing the data.

    Thanks
