A column with mixed item list needs to be sorted out in separate columns

I have a situation here.
I wish to sort the data and its value into separate columns which are available in single column in mixed form.

I have attached the diagram which can explain my intention well.

Hi AKey,
I have been trying to add more data using the same formula, but the newly added data is not showing up.
I am getting an error (a green thing in the upper left corner of the cell.)

How do I add more data using this formula ?
