Keep Calculated Column Next to Pivot When Adding fields

I don't think this is possible, but:
Next to my pivot table, I have a calculated column, =d3/c3. I want to keep that column visible, even if I'm adding fields to the pivot table, rearranging, etc. Is there some way to add a column when I add fields, keeping my calculated column just to the right of the pivot table?

Have you tried adding a calculated field to the pivot table?

I can't - I'm doing it for the same field but two different times. This is an example of a portion of my pivot:

Then to the right of that I would have my column of SpendAfter/SpendBefore

Can you upload an example workbook?

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Okay so say this is my pivot table - I want to be able to add in the field "DaysActive" while NOT getting rid of the calculated "SpendDiff" column. My pivot table would change, but the "SpendDiff" column would always be to the right of the table.Example.xlsx
