automatically change text in automated e-mail from hyperlink

Hi..

I have the following excel file
The random numbers are only reference numbers but they contain a hyperlink to a fixed e-mail adress with a fixed subject field.
If I were to press the field with the number 17- then the e-mail looks like this:

"Hi. Please send detailed info about your product 1953 model car together with color 1."

So is there anyway to "auto.change" the text (the two variables) in the e-mail that my hyperlink generates? The two variables are the car model number (1952,1953,1954 etc.) snd the color1, color 2 etc...
If I for example press the "77" in the 1955/color3 field, I want the e-mail to look like this intstead:

"Hi. Please send detailed info about your product 1955 model car together with a color 3."
