How to do a Nice Chart?

Hello guys, I just want to share a nice way of doing Charts (design and arrangement).
See the attached file for details.

What I've done to the chart:

---> Painted the Gridlines (ligther)
---> Painted the Title (ligther)
---> Painted and resized the subtitle (italic too)(ligther)
---> Painted the border of the chart (ligther)
---> Legend on bottom
---> Resized the Gap Width between bars

* you can add shadows and stuff, but i think this way is professional enough.

All reasonable suggestions except for the gradient fill on the columns. Why do that?

Just to show another way of painting the bars, I dont like the gradient as well...thanks for reply *edited the worksheet with your tip
