Excel 2013 does not include: Format Axis -> Axis Options -> Fixed minimum and maximum valu

In Excel 2010 there was the option to set the axis range : Format Axis -> Axis Options -> Fixed minimum and maximum values.
In that option the axis range could be selected to be any sub-region of the source data.

How can it be done in Excel 2013?

Thanks for the answer, it helped.

It apeared that my chart did not include x-axis values, it was only indexed.
That's why the min/max axis bound did not show in the axis options.
