Creating a chart of student test scores

I need to create a chart that shows which percentage of students were below standard, met the standard and exceeded the standard with their test scores. If the standard is 1 and students have scored between 0 and 20, what function should I use to create the chart? How should I set up the data?

Hm... I suggest you have a "raw data" table that contains the student ID + scores.

Then build a chart-feeding table that processes the information you want using COUNTIF(range, <standard) etc.
