Graph of Progression

Hello,

I have a set of 4 values that I would like to show in a graph. I can't seem to get it the way I want it and I am hoping for some suggestions. The values I need graphed are as follows:

Brought Forward = 3
New Requests = 2
Closed Requests = 4
Remaining = 1

These 4 numbers will be part of a monthly report (so I only need the numbers graphed once) and also a yearly report (so I would need to find a way to graph all 12 months).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Put the names in rows for example;

A2, "Brought Forward
A3, "New Requests
A4, "Closed Requests
A5, Remaining

Now that you have the fields in rows, simply put the dates in B1,C1,D1,E1...M1

Input your values in the empty cells, B2 through M6

For example, if July was B1
it would read

A2, Brought Forward with B2 value of 3
A3, New Request with B3 value of 2
etc..

Now that you have the layout, highlight all and click Insert >> Line or Column graph.
