Hello,

I have a massive table for registering documents that were submitted for client. I used to use only filtering and it worked before.
Now I need to have more possibilities on that table and I am totally lost.

In that table I have document names, revisions and submission arranged by dates. Till now it was enough to filter only required documents in
one submission. Now I need to label those documents and revisions that were submitted previously as well as on currently to track the history of
certain topic. It look still manageable till I found out that some of documents will belong to several topics (meaning several labels for one value)

I color coded cell as each color belong to different label but it can't be colorful this register.

Is it something that pivot table could help me or is it something more complicated than that?
