Plotting Line Graph for data with lots of gaps

Hi, I am trying to plot a line graph for data that has gaps. The rows can go upto 5000+ with lots of cells left empty in-between. When I try to select the entire range of 5000 cells I get a weird graph thats trying to accomodate all the empty values (even when I edit the hidden/empty cells settings to gaps-zero-connect data with lines). I just care about the values that exist. Here's an example of my data:

    S.No.......(columns in-between).......Data1
    1................................................40
    2................................................30

    6................................................22
    7................................................30

I want S.No (1,2,6,7) on x-axis & Data1 (intervals of 5 or 10) on y-axis. Also, I have to show 2 plots for tolerances on the same graph (ex: tolerance of +/-3% of 40). Thank you so much for any suggestions.

You need to hide those rows. You can use Autofilter to do that.

Thanks for your reply Andy. Since the data has other columns its not possible to hide the rows.

The you will need to build a contiguous set of cells using formula or code which you can chart.
