    Pivot Table Help

    Hi Guys,

Im fairly new to using pivot tables and could do with some help...
    Im using excel 2007.

I have copied some of my data from the pivot below:

Row Labels Sum of YTD Average Balance (GBP) Sum of Client Spread (ACC)
    100012 7,952.61 -2.00
    GBP100012 2,455.24 -1.00
    USD100012 5,497.38 -1.00
    100013 3,180.80 -2.00
    GBP100013 -421.09 -1.00
    USD100013 3,601.89 -1.00

I have two fields in the row labels, its showing the total of client 100012 but i dont want this to be visible.
I would like the data exactly how it is but just with no totals for each client above, i just want to be able to see each currency breakdown for each client as above... GBP 100012, USD 100012 etc.
    Is this possible?
I have tried getting rid of the client account number on the row label e.g. get rid of 100012 but because i have so much data it makes everything hard to read as i have numberous currencys.
can i do something like just getting rid of the total. i suppose i could change my data so the acocunt number is before the currency e.g 100012GBP which is what i will have to do if there is no way to get rid of totals.
    Thanks

    Re: Pivot Table Help

you can remove row totals ,if they are the totals you are after - its a setting in the pivot table to not show row totals
or are these the sum of a field you are putting into the pivot table

Please upload a sample of your workbook to the forum, Make sure you have removed any private information, remember this is a public forum and so available to anyone
Would like to see an example of your data and also a manual mock up of the expected results you want to achieve.

To attach a file to your post,
click "Go advanced" (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage Attachments",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
