unequal intervals for stacked bar chart

I have a cumulative histogram with unequal intervals.

I couldn't get a line-chart to show this, it assumed that the data were equi-spaced (yes?)

So I used a scatter graph, and lines connecting points - great!

But now I want to add a stacked-bar chart to show the composition of each value on the chart below the plotted points. Again I found that bar charts assume equi-spacing. Some proposals I see are to add a set of intermediate equi-spaced values, and use a step-graph to merge them. That is not what I want, I want to just add the stacked bars below each data point - suggestions?

Vertical Error Bars with their "Error Amount" set to "Custom" fed by a helper column... or something like that.

I had to work around your external data links for some named ranges, so that might cause trouble. If the table is full of #VALUE! errrors that's why, although hopefully I didn't break that.

I want to switch the stacking of the Regular & special, but since I didn't understand how you did it all, couldn't convince Excel to do it.
