Hello. I have a pivot table with customer ids in row labels and purchases by customer in values. How can I just have the pivot table show customers over x amount of purchases?

Hi ammartino44,
Have you tried moving the Purchases into the Rows area?
Best I can suggest without seeing the file.
Cheers

I've attached a spreadsheet example. As you can see, in the column look I have purchases that range between 1 and 5. Is there a way that I can segment the purchases for 1-3 and 4-5. And then the subtotal would be count and I could see the count for each of those segments versus the count for the entire company. Does that make sense? Thanks.
Hi ammartino44,
I've grouped 1-3 & >= 4 in a Pivot table.
Have a look at the attached example.
No, that's not it. I want to segment by purchases, not by customers. Years will be in columns, purchases in values, but I want to create bins for the purchases. I think somehow I need to ignore the customers but the customers allow me to see the detail for the purchases. Help!!

Then you can swap Customers for Purchases in the Pivot setup.
