Conditional Formatting

Our business has a call center, we get this data from our VOIP website using an auto clicker. This pulls in data in to a file and the excel document reads this and refreshes per 1min.

Its all working perfect but we want the graphs Conditional Formatting to an "Red, Amber, Green" just like the data at the side shows, we just need the graph to pull the colour from the cells. If this has to be done by macro then this is fine, as this can be just a button press done by our auto clicker and it updates the graph colors.

This sounds complex but its 80% complete just need an expect to see if it can be done.

Also what would be nice is that from the data it can calculate the "total minuets" each member of staff and show that on the main screen next to there total calls, but this wouldn't need to be in the graph.

There calls per day is 100 and they cant go home till this is done, so seeing this colour change on a big screen for everyone too see would me shamaaze :D

If i upload the spreadsheet, the data file wont like as it wont recall its file structure.
