Macro to create a chart using filtered data

Dear all,

This is the first time I use this forum so I hope my question is psoted in the right section.
I am starting to use VBA and I am no so practice in using it so I would like to have your great support.
I have one sheet (Called Input Data) with a lot of data (5 columns and 45071 rows) and I would like to have a Macro in order to filter these data and create a dynamic chart using only the filtered data.
I was able to find a macro to filter data: just selecting an "hotel name" from the group list and clicking on a button to hide each row which doesn't have the selected "hotel name". but i don't know how to go ahead to create the dynamic chart.... This chart has to show which is the rate (column D) associated to each date (column c) and obvioulsy it needs to change values every time I select a different hotel. Could you please help me?

Put your data into a table, and then filter the data using the table's AutoFilter controls. If the chart is based on the data in the table, filtering (hiding) some data will cause it to disappear from the chart. By default, Excel charts do not show data from hidden rows and columns.
