Entries on pivot table removed when table cell = 0

I am trying to put together a Pivot table to give me a top 300. I have a number of columns in the table but want to only use three for the pivot table. Column 2 will not be shown on the pivot table but will be the deciding factor as to how many of the name column items are shown.
I have a table which gives the name of the item, then a number of columns that are used to calculated the total. I want to use the Name and total in the pivot table but I want to also use a third column which shows which of the named items are registered. I have indicated registered as 1 and unregistered as 0 in the columns.
So the end result I am after is Name and Total on the pivot table but if registered column equals 0 then the name is removed from the pivot table and I only have the registered items shown.

Just use the Name and the total column in your pivot table and use the registered column as your filter

Thanks for the help Crooza. I did do that and it only showed all as filters. Then I decided to save the document and wouldn't you know it all worked perfectly choosing to display only the 1 in the filter.
