Adding Secondary axis with same scale as Primary axis with for three series

Hi,

I am trying to trying to have a primary and secondary axis with same scale units for the attached data. Every time a secondary axis is created the scale do not match up. I want all three series to be plotted against a primary and secondary axis and have the same scale. Any ideas?

It looks like it should be as easy as:
1) format one series to be on the secondary axis.
2) Format the secondary axis so that the axis max, min, and division parameters are the same as the primary axis.
3) Format the secondary axis to have the same number format as the primary axis.
