    Box chart for dynamic data

I have a set of data with names, severity, status, months, cycle.
    1) Severity defines problem size
    2) Status defines if problem is still open or closed
    3) Months define how long it has been open
    4) Cycle is for every 9 months.

I have a data formulated and arranged. I want to represent graph box such that for a Critical & High severity application if problem is not solved in 1 cycle the corresponding box should be in red color. For medium its 2 cycles and for Low its 3 cycles. We might just consider Application name, Status, Cycles for this purpose.

Can someone please help me with this task. I have knowledge on Bar and Column graphs but not sure how to proceed with this issue.

    Thank you.
