Struggling with a Pie of Pie chart:

Currently, the two small "slices" are at roughly 6 O'Clock, I would like to reorient them to 3 O'Clock.
Smacking the keyboard and monitor did not achieve desired result.
Additional liquid caffeinated beverage consumption also unsuccessful.
Only control you have regarding position of slices is the order of data values. But even then the dominate 100 data point will force the others to a 6 or 7 oclock position.
