Production Data Chart with target

Hi.

I'm trying to make a chart showing production data, however I'm having some difficulties with the target aspect of the graph.

Charting the production data is pretty straight forward. In a given week x is produced and that accumulates to whatever.

But the target needs to be shown as well. The target is 20,000 which is to be completed on 31-Dec-2014. Unless I sort the data based on dates it wont show correctly. How do I fix that?

Managed to sort it somewhat. It's not very elegant because I wanted the targets in a separate sheet, so those who do data entry don't make a mess of it.

How do I shift the targets to a separate sheet?
