pivot table problem

Hi all,

Im having problems with creating a pivot table from multiple sheets , i have created pivot table from one sheet "OCT" and this is how i want it to look

but when i add multiple sheets it doesn't work out the same as if does not give me a list of values ie names to filter
any idea's why or how to sort it

Im having problem with creating pivot table from multiple sheets. when i created pivot table 1(sheet3) from OCT this is how i would like it to show,but when i add NOV sheet to it it shows up like pivot table 2(sheet 2) ?

How do i fix this problem

Unless I am mistaken, you would need Power Pivot for Excel

Something I am aware of but not familiar with.

AFAIK, without it, a Pivot Table can only refer to one Table/Range. But I may well be wrong; Pivot Tables are something I am becoming familiar with ... at long last.
