    The red line is a separator, but i need it in the graph too

    Here are a couple of ways.

    Change the layout of your data slightly.
    After moving Totals to secondary axis add secondary horizontal axis.

    first chart simply changes position of secondary axis

    second chart uses secondary vertical major gridline

    Could you give us an idea of what data you're recording. Just a sample workbook with column headers and some dummy data would be great.

    The second methods, i'm a beginner in Excel so it's a bit annoying .

    Select range C24:P28 and create clustered column chart.

    move both Total series to secondary axis
    use ribbon Chart Tools > Layout > Axes > Secondary horizontal axis, to apply secondary horizontal axis.
    Format the new axis,
    Interval between tick marks = 12
    Axis Labels position = None
    Major Tickmarks = None
    Line Color = No Line

    Format Secondary vertical axis, Horizontal axis croses Automatic

    Apply Major Vertical gridline to secondary axis. Format gridline to red
