Change bar chart colors to be consistent with another chart

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me.

I create bar charts regularly in each of many sheets, with colors varying by item. Each chart shows the numbers sold of various furniture items. In each sheet, I have a SIMILAR BUT DIFFERNT lists of furniture items, often in different orders.

For example, in one sheet I have
    Tables
    Chairs
    Desks
    Cabinets
    Sofas
    End Tables
    In another sheet I have
    Cabinets
    Chairs
    Desks
    Sofas
    Tables
    Bunk Beds
My problem is that the color for "Tables" is different in one chart from the other chart. Is there any way that I can specify that "Tables" will always be graphed in red, and that Sofas will always be green, etc.?
