Thanks for the quick reply.
However do you know how to make it exactly like the one in the picture, with the different areas around the chart with the little lines showing you where everything was and the title and total in the middle.
I have tried formatting it but it does not seem to help much.

Excel doesn't offer the option of leader lines on a doughnut chart, but does on a pie chart - so you could duplicate your data, plot the second series as a pie chart with no fill or border, and format data labels with leader lines. You'll probably still have to do some manual formatting and positioning of the labels if you want to precisely replicate your example chart, though.
For the label in the centre, you can simply add a shape with a caption linked to a cell containing your caption text.
See attachment for an example of how all this can work. Note the chart source data is in range D2:F16, behind the chart.
