Converting Pivot Summary Data to individual entry

Dear Friends,

Need to convert my Pivot summary data to individual data. i.e:

Barcode Audit Count (Revised)
B166953 107
B166954 86
B166955 91
B166956 30
B166957 83
B166958 7
B166959 294
B166960 48

I want the barcode data B166953 should be converted into individual data. like:

Barcode Audit Count (Revised)
B166953 1
B166953 1
B166953 1

B166960 1

Please help???

Hi starboardstar,

If you mean you just want the 'Barcodes' to appear once, you could just use the 'Barcode' Column & remove duplicates.

Not sure what you want achieve here?
