Using pivot table - highlighting or deleting duplicate data?

    Hello!

Just wondering if anyone would have any ideas on how/if my question is possible... I have got so far with it (I think pivot table could be the answer) but am now stuck.

To put it into context, I have a large list of raw material numbers (about 900) and these raw materials can be found within perhaps 20+ manufacturing cells within a manufacturing plant.

I need to photograph each individual raw material as we are essentially creating a database for all our raw material on site.

I can use a pivot table to separate by cell where the raw material numbers which makes it easier for us to find them when looking for them.

However, some of the raw materials numbers that happen to be the same material can be found in multiple cells - so they are an identical number. Therefore I would only really want to photograph that part once (and not waste time in photographing a part I already have done in an previous cell).

Is there an easy way to further sort my table out to either highlight material numbers that are the same? or even delete duplicates?

Thanks for any help - I might be able to upload a document on here tomorrow to demonstrate my point if confusing.

    James
