Charting problem

Hello guys. I want to make a stacked bar graph of my data. But the problem is that i have too many same x axis. For example
I have collected soil data from 3 village. But from each village i have 2-3 data
Village - Soil pH - Nitrogen%
1 ------ 7 ------ 2
2 ------ 6 ------ 3
1 ------ 6 ------ 2
3 ------ 5 ------ 1
2 ------ 7 ------ 1
1 ------ 6 ------ 4
and so on

How am i suppose to make this in a bar graph.I am trying to make a stacked bar graph since there are many soil properties. But the problem is that I have many data in same village. Any help will be really appreciated thanks.

Thanks. Is this the only way. Cause i have about 50 village data.
