How to chart zero values in column chart?

When I chart data using a column chart and the value is 0, it doesn't show up. It skips the column of zero value. Even though it is zero value, I still need it to show up in the graph. Maybe a small dash instead of a full column, but it needs to show up along with all the other columns. Please help.

The column itself can not show otherwise that would infer the data point had some value.
You could use data labels to show the zero value. You can even use custom number format on the data labels so only zero values are shown
