Data Labels positions automatically update on chart to avoid overlap?

Hi guys,

Is there a way to make Data Labels change their positions such that to avoid overlap, without manually changing each Data Label's position on chart?

For example, first graph contains Data Labels that are overlapping and second graph has Data Labels that aren't overlapping - I've had to manually re-arrange the positions of the Data Labels.

I've attached an excel file with both graphs and data table.
