Your x values are text so for a xy-scatter chart they are converted to incremental values starting at 1. Numbers 1 to 12 displayed as months returns Jan for all values.
either use actual dates, 1st of each month, if using a xy-scatter.
Or change chart type to Line and on the horizontal axis set Postion axis "on Tick marks"

First solution with the xy scatter chart type didn't work. Second solution, changing to a line-type chart worked and displayed the proper sequence of months.
The question to myself is 'why'.
