create chart using dynamic range (Indirect Function)

I came across this article on how to create an excel chart using a dynamic range using the indirection function:

However, I can't seem to get the example they provide to work. I'm stuck on Step 3 under the heading 'Create an Excel Chart with Dynamic Range Name'. I've attached a file with data and my attempt thus far. I was wondering if there was someone with expertise on this to help me troubleshoot and get this to work (or point me to a better resource to learn how to create an excel chart using a dyname range).

Thanks. I will study this and see if I can figure it out. I think I may still need to figure it out using the Indirect function, but will check this out first. Have a great week.
