How to exclude certain data series from a graph

Hi there,

I have spent the last day constructing my clustered bar graph!! After finally figuring out how to display the graph i've realised I also need to be able to exclude certain data series. For example, in the excel file I have attached I would like to exclude 'old' customers and then exclude 'new' customers. I have tried simply deleting the series out of my raw data but that just leaves a huge gap in my graph.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Right Click on the bar of the chart (format data series). Adjust the Gap width as required.

Thanks for your reply Lokicl, but how do I move the new to the middle? Even when I adjust the width, the 'new' data is still stuck on the left Is there a way I can just construct a whole new graph and exclude the old data?
