creating step chart through scatter plot with x y error bars excel 2007

so ive been following these directions from peltier, and ive made it all the way until the end.

how do i finish this up? peltier says " Double click the chart series, and on the Patterns tab, select None for Markers and for Lines. " where is this

ha once again solved it myself. i need to just stick with it and stop posting. so i went to chart tools > format > current selection (far left) > format selection
