Secondary axis excel stacked bar chart

The problem is that you can have only whole series presented on either primary or secondary axis. And in your case - the series are not column-related but row-related. So what you as for is half series on primary and second half on secondary axis.
Excel can't do this.
But there is hope :-) You can double number of your series and put only data from columns A and B into first half and only from C and D into second half of the doubled-set.
See attached sample.
I did it just for first three (now 6 series).
You probably will need to play a bit with formatting.
Colours are to be changed manually in second set of series as a copy from the first set.
And you shall remove unneded/unwanted legend entries.
This is a bit tricky: click on the legend entry text (not colored square) - whole legend will be selected, click on it again - only this entry will be selected now, press Delete, gedaan!
Repeat for next unwanted legend entries.
