Dynamic Double Donut

I am trying to create a double donut chart based on income, expenses and remainder (net operating income - NOI)

I rent the property out to several tenants

Tenant #1 - $200/Mo
Tenant #2 - $400/Mo
Tenant #3 - $300/Mo
Tenant #4 - $800/Mo

This should be shown on the inner donut - full amount of rent and where is comes from.

Then I have expenses:

Vacancy/Collection Loss - 5% ($85/Mo)
Electric - $400/Mo
Taxes - $300/mo
Management - $100/Mo
Misc - $100/mo

Which results in my NOI, the remainder of ($715/Mo)

I want to produce something like this: (sorry, rough graphic)

I attempted to create one on the attached spreadsheet at the bottom of the "IncomeApproach" tab, but was not successful.

Please Help.
