Every time I upload the chart from the attached file, something is missing and I don't know how to format it so that all the different categories reflect what I want it to.
Forgot to add that all three have to be represented in the same chart.

There is no chart in your sample file, and it is difficult to understand exactly what you want to show and what difficulties you are having.
Multiple axes is always difficult, tends to be difficult to read and understand, and many suggest staying away from multiple axes on one chart.
Excel has built in support for a primary and a secondary axis system. https://support.office.com/client/Ad...1ec1c8c97#bmxl You can have more axes, but you have to "make" them yourself. As noted, this gets to be difficult to read, and sometimes difficult to maintain.
Some charting experts suggest staying away from multiple axes. One example here: http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/TertiaryAxis.html You might consider whether a panel chart would be a better choice for the data you need to display.
