    How to set or change formats of the data extracted from Pivot table

    Hi, I would like to change the default format of the data extracted from a Pivot table automatically each time while extracting it, please help me out with possible options.

    Like.... how? I mean, from what to what?

    I suggest you upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.
