show info from chart in different places

hi,
i have started using the dynamic chart as described here

i have changed it and gone up to 24 and 8 columns.

But i would also like that same info that gets charted to show in other cells as the month and numbers itself.

for example
if the last 12 entries are charted then i would like the same last 12 entries shown in a list on another page (not charted just listed in rows and columns) and when a new entry would be put in not only the chart would update, but the list would update also.

are you wanting that list to potentially grow? is there an upper limit to the size of the list?

would want it to list what ever the lenght number is. now it is 12 in that pic. i took it from 4 to 24 just playing around to see how it works. the chart works great.

i had a workbook set up for 8 people but i would manually change each cell (A, B, C, 1,2,3 etc) for each month. well that was 10 yrs ago and now i have 125 people and this task now is alot of time.
Then I found out about the Dynamic Chart!!!
So I am starting a new workbook.

glad to help. still not certain if you're needing something else from me but i went ahead and added my formula to sheet2 in that book. looks like it's working, though your ChtLen at 18 is greater than the size of the list so i added a bit to the formula to fix that.

anyway, if you have a max size to your list, you can fill the formula to that max size... in the attachment i filled down to row 24. anything beyond 18 or the total list size returns a blank.

if you don't like having formulas where they're returning blank values we could solve for that w/ a pretty simple macro... just let me know

i'm sorry, i do not understand what you're saying... are you asking for something? did you try the formula i provided? does it work for you? if not, what about it doesn't work?

i downloaded your new book and added the formulas in sheet2. i did notice i should've included a <= in my second criteria instead of just < so i've made that change.

How do I get your formula to work in a different cell?
i upped the work book and shaded it yellow where i would like info to go.

I also have 3 different worksheets with different charts that i will also use later down the road -- just fyi

i cant reconfigure your original formula to go in the yello shaded are. it only pulls from the same rows it starts in.
