Stacked Bar with Conditional Formating

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create a stacked bar chart that will turn each data point red or green based on the target being met or not. If you look at my sample you will see what I have so far. Basically if the numbe rfor that day does not equal 65 the section of the bar should be red, if it does the section of the bar should be green.

Can someone help me do this? I've been trying to figure it out for awhile now.

You need two series for each data point.
format 1 set of bar red the other green.

You can use formula to populate the cells, I simply type values for this example.
