Trying to create a line graph with "cone of uncertainty", maybe a slider too

Aloha, I'm trying to create a combo bar/line graph showing enrollment projections for my school.

I found the attached "Retired Financial Planner1.xlsx" template in Excel, thought it was cool, want to do something similar.

My document is attached (enrollment projections.xlsx). I started a simple combo graph, just want to beef it up like the retiree planner example. I'd like to add a cone of uncertainty to my line graph's projected data. Would also like to add a slider or some sort of interactive object to make the chart respond to changes in the data, if that's doable.

If this too much work, no worries... will be sure to give you a shout out in my presentation, though.
