So I'm in the process of creating an excel design to track workouts using charts and graphs but I'm currently at a standstill. The tracker consists of 15 weeks, 1 sheet per week. Now I've added a Progress sheet which I want to add totals for those 15 weeks in regards to sets, weight(lbs) and reps. Also, on the progress sheet I've added a drop down menu in which you can choose different exercises to see different totals. Next I want to build 3 graphs that shows progression or regression per week. Can anyone PLEASE assist me with this.
