    conditional formatting of chart

The following is the chart I am trying to change.

    sheet 4.PNG

This is a snapshot from the excel sheet where the colors change based on conditional formatting. That is, if the numbers are <=1 the result is a white box, and if the values are between 1 and 10 there is a color range between yellow and red.

    sheet 5.PNG

Is it possible to apply this idea to the chart so that when numbers are updated so is the chart? There various colors on the first chart are arbitrary.
